Territorial agression and screaming, help please!

Hello everybody! Hope you are doing good. Here's my problem and wish you could help me.
The cage of my IRN, Sam, was on a "table" (I shouldn't call it a table but well, I dont know). And later, the cage was like in another table, The height was the same, but this new 'table' has a door, so you can open it and place things in there, like my birds food, my dog and cat food and some other little stuff. And I have figured out, Sami has been more territorial and he/she screams a lot know. For eg, when we have dinner (the whole family) sam starts screaming, and we have to put him outside and after we have finished dinner I place the cage with Sam back in the kitchen. He/she was always in the kitchen, but the kitchen has also been 're built' I mean, it is a completely different kitchen than it was before, but I think the problem is the new 'table' because if you see it from Sam's point of view, you see that people take things from under your cage. I hope you understand what I mean. And I think that since then, he/she screams a lot more and is more territioral. For example, before all this (the new 'table', etc) I would open the cage door and I would put my hand in the cage and he/she would jump into my hand. Now When I want to open the door, he/she comes to the floor of the cage and is very agressive and takes his/her head off the cage (between the bars) and I cant open the door because Sam would bite me. I have to take a blakent and with the blanket around my hand, I open the door (because I dont feel pain when he bites me with the blanket). So I open the door and he is like in a weird state (the weird state begins before I open the cage also) (you know all IRN have like a weird state when the talk, pin eyes, but later after he/she flies and do some things, Sam gets normal, and thats when I can have him in my hand fly around, play, etc.

Sorry if I do not have explained myself well, but that's what it came out.

wow a new kitchen and a new table!!! its alot of change for an irn to take in
they take a bit of time to get used to new things give sam a bit of time
