grumpy since flying....

hi,

we recently took our fid on a plane with us so we could go on holiday. We left her to stay at my parents house, a place she has never been, and with people she has never met before. So she soent 3 weeks there and was out of her cage everyday and handled and fed good food, just as we would do at home. the problem is since she has been home she has turned a bite nasty.She has taken to bitting (alot more than usual), squawking at random times and just generally mis-behaving. She is hand tamed and still loves hanging out with us, but she is just getting a bit unruley...

My question is, is this because we have upset her usual routine? And does anyone know if she will go back to normal, or is she forever a biter?

How long has she been home?

It sounds like she's upset from her ordeal. A plane and people she doesn't know... I'd be cranky too! She might just need some more time and stability to return to normal. Also, you never know what people do to your pets when you're not there so she might have had some bad encounters that she needs to get over.
