yesterday was a really bad day
we lost one of rikus babies who we named mishka (meaning little one)
and then petey my little one legged budgie pass away in my hands

Oh no.

Your not having a very good run of luck lately.

Hope it passes for you.

There seems to be a lot of people loosing chicks. Wonder if it has something to do with the season?

thanks pink yeah its beggining to feel that way but hopefully its over now
we still have 4 babies going really well im checking daily for full crops
all going well atm (yes i am touching wood ) still one egg hasnt hatched
but im giving it till sunday as i think one of them was laid about a week after i noticed eggs
as for petey i only had him for a short time but he was a great little bird
at least he was by himself & he knew he was loved
