How to teach an IRN to live in the house with us

Hello, my name is Dalia, and we have two IRN that joined the familly recently COCA the female that is supposed to be 1 year old and that accept food from our hands but is scared and bites when we try to take her out of the cage.
The male COCO is 3 years old (he joined us last week) they are in different cages but the male turns his back to us when we try to present something to him and both of them bites when we try to get them out. What can we do to encourage them to trust us and become more friendly shall we keep them in different rooms (we tried to put them together but the female was agressive)... Seeking for advice as they are two different characters......(We live in Egypt and of course it is difficult to know if their behaviour will change in winter or spring... Only time will show but they are so nice and we really would like them to adopt us.
