IRN with others

How well do your IRNs get along with other birds? Just curious.
I have an albino IRN, a cockatiel, and an eclectus. The two that interacted were the tiel and the IRN. Well, it didn't go as well as I had though. Posey (IRN) is definately more bossy than I thought! I thought Paisley (the tiel) would be the more dominant one. I've got them all out right now with the two smaller bird on the bed together. Posey takes every chance she gets to chase little Paisley away. I feel so badly for Paisley because she just wants to make friends with Posey as she's always lived in a multi bird household. Paisley is a bit older now, about 9 years old and Posey is just two. I'm not trying to push them together but with three birds, it's easier to have them all out at the same time; but still keep them apart from each other. I am completely leaving Ruby (the eclectus) out of the whole thing. She is out at the same time but totally separate as she's got so much size on the both of them....although....she'd actually be the one to submit I'd bet.
So, I just thought I'd ask how well your IRNs get along with other birds.
