Ring size

I have rings 6mm and I wonder is it too small for ringnecks.

It might be a bit to small

I order my bands from L&M and the size 9 is only 6.6mm. The size 9-10 is what they recommend for IRN's I use the size 91/2 and they are 7.16mm

I ordered 6.5 mm but they sended 6.0 mm.Now I´m afraid that this rings will hurtthem.
