When can I put on a ring on the Irn babys?

Well i dont know about that, but i guess when they are mature.

that is right and they mature at about 2 to 3 years but some develope the ring erlier and sum later. its usaly after the second mature malt (what ever that means).

what you mean with malt, is molt or some people call it moult, when they grow new feathers, and get their mature plumage.

I mean the ring in the eyes, the eyes are black when they are babies but when does the eyes change?
