Ringneck baby color

I have a grey-green split blue male and a turquoise female. They have given me grey-greens and a grey baby in the past. This current baby is grey but now at about 5 weeks is getting a green cast to it, just light and in a few areas, definitely not the normal grey-green, but I am wondering if that means he is a turquoise/pastel grey.

You're right. Sounds a like TurquoiseGrey AKA Pastel Grey... but more accurately a TurquoiseBlue Grey if you consider its genetics.

The body feathers should look similar to the TurquoiseGrey Cleartail hen below.
