New to this board

Hello, let me introduce myself. I am a animal lover with 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 cockatiel (which is the sweetie of the house) and a quaker. I am looking into getting another bird,I have been reading endless information on all the "pet birds". I am thinkin a IRN might be a good pick for me. I am wondering if any of you out there have a quaker?? Are there temperments simuliar?? He is a bit over 1yr now, he is awesome, smart (too smart), sassy, did I mention sassy?? But he loves us and will walk anywhere in the house to find us...then destroy whatever he finds there!! He is awesome, but I would like a different type of bird.
So that's the scoop on me.........
