How do you teach your IRN to talk?

I'm trying to teach mine to say "hello". Do I keep repeating hello as it sits contentedly on my shoulder, cuddling up to me?

repeating lots is always good hehe
I haven't taught one to talk yet, but I've taught some other birds to talk and repeating yourself was good, or leave a tape playing with a bunch of words you want the bird to say! Good luck!
