so amazons breath REALLY REALLY smells.
we think it's from all the broccolli he's been eating.
any ideas how we can make having the little guy close to our face more bareable???

Suck on it for a minute to make it wetish, then as you push it through your lips, dont spit on it.
These babies pick our mouths, teeth, take food from us as we are trying to chew it... a little spit aint gonna kill um.
DONT CARE WHAT NOBODY SAYS. Now, should you spit a bowl full and leave it all day as his drinking water, that would be a problem.

Lol if he eats fruit and likes cinnamon try sprinkling the cinnamon on the fruit. My ekkie Carmen likes the occasional garlic clove, well to cut that smell I give her papaya and banana with cinnamon on top. Also a cinnamon stick in the cage can help as they will chew on that and cinnamon smells good on birdie beaks.
