Hello fellow IRN lovers!

I have a male Lutino IRN named ChaCha, he is approximately 8 years old. My husband & I adopted him from some folks who no longer wanted him due to his screaming habit. He is beautiful and loving when he wants to be. Other times he's a total rouge. But people have their bad days too so I just leave him alone on those days. I'd like to post a pic sometime but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. To date, I have not been able to change his screaming habit despite all of the methods I've tried -- but I'm still working on it. As the home page of this site states, there really isn't too much info out there on IRN so I'm glad I found this site. ChaCha does talk a bit but despite trying numerous methods to get him to learn a new word or phrase I haven't been able to teach him any new tricks or words. Any tips anyone can offer me on taming and training will be welcome. Otherwise all I can say is that ChaCha is a spoiled brat and I love him very much. I'll be checking in here frequently and hope to make some new friends here. See ya' round!

We are glad to have you here! i know it can be hard to deal with screaming! My sun conure had the same problem and let me tell you, it took some work But, if you work hard at it, it can be solved
