Hi All
I bought 36 Indian ring necks and want to start breeding with them so I need to know when the breeding season is starting in South Africa. Any other tips will help me as well.
Thanks
Gerhard

Re: When do breeding season start in South Africa
Gerhard,
I'm from South Africa too. Breeding season starts roughly beginning of August so the first chicks hatch around end of August/beginning of September. My one female is currently incubating a clutch (not sure how many eggs) but she's been in the nest permanently for about two weeks now with only short breaks in between.
