What color is he?

Post by kare_bear »

I got in several new pairs of Indian ringnecks. The person I got them from wasnt sure on the colors. I figured out all the blues, turquiose, lutinos, albinos, blues, greys, cinnamons, etc but still have one that is confusing me. I wanted a clarification on him.

She was told he is a cinnamon but I have another cinnamon who is a lot lighter than him. My best guess is a grey-green, which is dominant. His current baby is the same color as him. If cinnamon, baby would have to be a girl but he really doesnt look cinnamon to me.

I am attaching a couple pics of him, female is blue-for some reason the camera makes her look a bit turquoise. I am also attaching a pic of the baby. The best way to describe their color is olive green.

Thanks

Thank you. That is what I thought he was, just needing to be sure.
Actually the female is blue, for some reason the camera makes her look turquoise.

Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Also are visual greys the grey-green with the visual blue to basically remove the green coloring?

The Hen is definitely a Turquoise. If she was Blue, the patches of green would not show up.

Yes, a Grey is a Grey Green Blue
