Aviator harness

I am thinking about buying a aviator harness for my IRN, but i dont know wich size of harness is suitable for my bird. I hope you guys will help me. I was choosing beetwen xsmall or small. Its from parrotuniversity website, am sorry it doesnt let me post link.

I highly recommend you watch good bird incs video on harness training on YouTube. I got more out of it then the dvd that came with harness.
