are mushrooms o.k.?

i have a ? about mushrooms iv never fed them or heard of people feeding them but i was letting babba eat some spagehtti and he came to a mushroom. i was unshure about it so i took it away. i was wondering if they are ok, i no some shrooms are deadly to everything but are the ones we eat ok for birds too:?:

Theres no hard evidence one way or the other really. I don't feed them, because mushroom are fungus.. and birds have a low tolerance to fungal infections.
