Okay he's 2 years hes alright with my hand near him but he hates my fingers but when he bites his pupils don't dialate
(I bought him about 1 month ago now it's a kinda slow progress because he's untamed)

Pupils dilate when your bird is showing an emotion. If he is biting with no dilation then it is most likely an instinctual bite.
I am owned by my birds...and I wouldn't have it any other way
