First-time ringneck owner

Brand new to ringneck-ownership, and therefore have a lot to learn

I acquired my first ringneck in December 2012. I'm not sure of its age or gender, but he/she is going through the first molting stage. Decided to register on this forum, as I've got many questions, and am in need of answers, tips, advice, or just general useful information about them...
