Hey there,
You can give them a water bowl and they might flick water around by themselves. Alternatively you can get a spray bottle and mist them. I got mine at 13 weeks and took him in the shower with me (some people have bars they can sit on but im in a rental so I cant put anything up) I had him on my hand then put my other hand under the water so it kinda sprinkled on him and he started flapping his wings and leaning into it so I figured he liked it so now I take him in the shower with me often. I do all my things and leave him up on top of the shower wall then once im all done i get him down and sprinkle him. He loves it!! Just depends on your bird and what they like. Im no expert on them either Ive had mine since november so thats just my experience!

Hi
I take mine in the shower too. At first they were scared but eventually they figured it out and they love it! I have suction cup perches that work well. I'm not in a rental but I have no handyman skills to install perches to the wall!
