Reaching full size

Hi,
I have a 14month old Blue IRN and he is currently going through his 2nd molt.... Looking very glamorous to!! When I look at pictures of other IRN's I notice there much larger. So I was just wondering when do they reach there full adult size???

I would say in the first year. I have a 4 yr old and a 3 month old...my 3 month old is BIGGER.
