Hi, My name is Karen. We own several pets, our main pet being our Indian Ringneck Achillies. He's acting a little strange the past 2 days so I'm here reaching out for help. I'll address our issue in another post. Our other 2 pets are a Butterfly Agama lizard named Sparky, and also a western hognose snake we call Baby. We...being my 17 yr. old daughter Becca and I, are from outside Philly PA. Love all kinds of animals...our reason for the feathered and scaled type pet is because my daughter suffers from allergys. I look forward to meeting other ringneck owners and hopefully finding some answers to Achillies strange actions the past few days.

Hi pleased to meet you Karen, I too have a RLN he is 5 months old so I am learning the ropes so to speak Ha! at present I am trying to gain his trust and get him to take treats from me, no such luck so far but I am waiting for help from the forum, I live in a small village in UK in a 500 year old cottage, plenty of wooden beams for him to chew I aslo have 3 dogs a rough collie, sheltie and king charles cavalier, who Bleu (that.s my parrot's name) doesn't seem to mind at all and they take no notice of him, so where the dogs are concerned no problems, just us humans he isn't keen on look forward to seeing your posts to see if I can pick up any tips regards Dawn
