Talking CD

Hey you guys,
Do you think it would be worth the $ to buy one of those cds they sell to help teach your bird to talk? I can't seem to get a recording of any sort from the board. So I thought I might look into getting one of those cds. But not if you don't think it would be worth it. Let me know your thoughts on this.

I have one, don't like it. Besides not wanting my birds to learn in the obnoxious voice on it... I dont want them saying "Hello Bird!" 20 times in a row, which is how it teaches it.

Better to leave a tv or radio on. My mom's Nanday says all kinds of things from the radio... including the call letters of the station she leaves on and "Rock and roll!"
