I have 2 ringnecks- approx 4 months old.
They were soo affectionate with each other when we first got them and had them in a tank (they were 4 weeks old)... Once we transferred them over to a cage, they "tolerated" each other; but if they get too close to each other, they (viciously) try to bite each other. We thought that maybe the cage was too small, so we got a much bigger one (thinking they'd be able to claim their own space), but still, when they get too close, the same thing happens. Is this just a phase? Is there any hope for a reconciliation?! lol Why cant they get along?
my 2 ringnecks hate each other =/

Because they are individuals.
Even you won't get along with just anyone. Hane and his own brother could barely share the same playstand, much less a cage and foodbowls, and it got worse once they became mature.
You might just want to keep them separate.
