Why is chiquidito pulling his feathers, but only on his leg is he depressed or is he only molting

It can be hard to ascertain the reasons for plucking. There can be medical reasons, environmental reasons and behavioural reasons (there may be others too). First port of call is generally a checkup at the avian vet to check on the medical reasons.
