i recently placed my not so friendly handraised irn in with my new male (he has been in his cage for a few months before i placed her in there) but they go no where near each other she chases him from the food will they get alomg and breed this year both are 2 years old your reply and advise would be great from angela

they may breed this season. Try to place other food sources in for the male. I noticed my hens chase the males away from everything (especially them) until breeding season when they dont eat, they get fed by the male.
