Need help with baby sun conure

As u may know (i posted earlier) i have purchased a young sun counure for my daughter anyway he/she is only about 8 weeks old and i have to feed her twice a day anyway to the point she is crazy when u feed her as anyone who has hand feed baby's would know and i have managed to get some formula in her nose hole just one and i cant seem to get it out i feel like an idiot she doesn't seem worried about it but its really getting to me does anyone know how i can get it out? or will it come out on its own ? or will i need to take her to the vet any help would be appreciated thanks

Sunnies LOVE water and having baths. Maybe if you give him/her a dish so can bathe, or mist with a spray bottle, the water may help wash it away.

It was freezing, windy and raining here yesterday, (think the wind was coming off snow nearby) and the silly conures were IN the rain having a shower :shock: while I was rugged up in front of the heater!! :lol:

Thanks i will definantly give it a try. This is our first sunny and the first time Ive hand feed with a syringe i seem to get more on her then i do in her mouth lol. i cant believe how much they want to be around you she is such a sweet heart lol. Must be a bird thing to caz my irn likes to take baths early in the morning in her water dish i could only imagine it would be freezing crazy birds :shock: anyway thanks again
