Is this cobalt? Violet? or just plain blue?

Hi all,
I just got this male and was informed he is an Blue split to indigo. I assumed Indigo was a dark blue and he just uses different terminology. I don't care to be honest as I just wanted a mate for my blue female. However when I took his photo and ran it through the paintnet program changing the hues/sat to 155 and 150 I get this weird purple/pink color. Wondering if anyone here can enlighten me on what color he is or what I may have done wrong. I am Australia based if that has any bearing and am very new to this whole mutation genetic thing. Thank you in advance.

No bird can be split to Indigo/Turquoise unless they're a Green series bird.
