What color may I turn out to be? For funsies :)

Apollo is very interested to know what color he may be when he grows up. Any suggestions or ideas [other than "wait and see when he feathers in." Lol.

Tail Feathers are coming in very creamish/white on the sides but they don't look like that in the picture.

Wing feather look grey with greenish tinge in some places

I'm ok with that! I love the yellow in the greygreens! At least it looks yellowish to me!

What color would you breed with to make pretty babies? I'm gonna have to go play with the genetics calculator! lol

Oooo. He does kind of match that color.
I don't really care what color he turns out, I'd love him if he was bald!

oh, yes- you could be right- the green does look kind of patchy on closer inspection:)

What I find interesting about the Turq mutation is the way it interacts with the birds base color- So a Grey will have 'greygreen' coloured patches, a Blue will have 'wildtype' patches, an Albino will have 'lutino' patches ect- it really is quite remarkable how it is like a mirror into the green series!

really should have been called 'pargreen' lol
