help!

My IRN boy has been suffering from extremly itchy feet. He dances all day and bits at them to the point they bleed.
I have taken him to the vet and they told me to put mite spray on him which i did, that didnt work so they told me to put scaley leg stuff on him which also didnt work.. I was just wondering if anyone knows what is wrong with him and if they have experienced the same thing with their birds?

almost similer thing being happened with my IRN on the beak. she always round her neck to scretch the beak please solve this prob if someone know.
