Need help please - with crying baby

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have 2 IRN babies who are now 6 weeks old. One is DNA'd as a female. She's a turquoise. The other is an unsexed lutino. I've had the female since she was 3 weeks old and the lutino since 'he' was 4 weeks old.
Physically, they're both doing great.

But the lutino is a big crybaby. The female is doing great, climbing ladders, perching, eating salad, shelling peanuts, playing with toys. But the lutino keeps his head down when anyone approaches him and he cries non-stop.

When I got him, he had an injury to his nare. It's blocked with a scab. And he had a tiny bald spot on the back of his head. I suspect that when he was at the dealer's that he got stepped on by the baby cockatiels he was housed with and their little claws injured his nose and scratched his head.

The other day I ran water to prepare the formula and the baby screamed like he was being murdered. In frustration I brought him back to the dealer. But today I got him back because I realized that the sound of running water sounds a lot like baby cockatiels hissing, so it wasn't a personality disorder he was suffering. He was just scared.

Does anyone have any advice on how to help this poor baby over his terror? I would immensely appreciate any help.. Thanks in advance.

Thank you Ellie. He's such a good little baby, it's tough to see him so scared. I cuddle him a lot in a birdseye cloth. I sit in my office chair and rock him to sleep. He's eating well, but cries so much. However, this afternoon, he seems to be a little quieter. Hopefully, it will last...
