What is a good diet for Indian Ring Necks??

We give our birds seeds and fruit, is there anything else needed ??

I would suggest a good pellet and lots of veg. Your best bet is to google what veg they can eat that's what I did there are heaps of lists out there. Seeds should be kept to a minimum as they are very fatty. And fruit is also something they need but again more as treat then all the time. Bulk of food should be fresh veg, prob about 60% from what I was told and about 20% pellet and 15% fruit and 5% seeds. This is what I was told and seems to work for me. I try give them veg in the morning an the pellet in the arvo with fruit and seeds as treats.
