Prinny found a new perching place...:)

Post by Dani03 »

Well I dunno if any of your IRNs have found this but Prinny loves to sit in my overshirt just below my shoulder. She is toasty warm and loves it now. We go out a few times and she sits happily and quietly watching the world. I will try to get a pic of her doing it...

My nipple had a run in with Baby's beak. She latched on like a maniac. Words cant describe so I wont try. Lets just say I wasnt even sure it was still attached and was very eager to lift my shirt to inspect the need for plastic surgery. She is too curious! I keep her away from all privates

-giggle-

The kids thought it was hilarious. Jared (5 yrs old) said she did it because she was hungry and I needed to feed my baby. We had just had kittens and he had seen Mrs. Kitty feeding. I reckon thats where he got it from.

Chook LOVES to get down my shirt. If i'm only wearing a bra under my shirt, he'll cling to that but he much prefers it when there is a shirt on underneath. Every time i bend forward and he's on my shoulder, he scoots down and into the neck hole and gets himself comfy. It looks quite funny when you have a giant tail poking up beside your head and a big lump between your breasts where theres a bird hanging out. Jamie doesn't think its too sexy and all he says is 'what if he craps'. Men....

None of my birds ride or perch on my shoulder, but I can see my IRN getting into trouble if he/she did!!

I just dont understand the big deal with crap and men.

I have four kids... there is probably crap traces on everything I own, what doesnt probably will.

My bird has poo'ed on my head, back, face... literally everywhere but my mouth and that is only because I kept it closed ( I know, rare ).

I have very long, nappy hair so I have to iron it out to make it baby smooth. Takes 2 hours every other day. My Baby has climbed up there just after a washing/straightening and **** as if to say nah nah na boo boo, I **** on yoooou. Grrr. Was I mad that time, YES. Was it my fault? YES. So I let her live.

The only reaction a big ol' blob of **** gets from me is an inspection. Yep, looks great *wash* *repeat*

LOL Mikaela...

Thats my attitude about poop too. Just last night Alice pooped down my head twice in a row, and Buddy followed it up with a nice one down my back. Ah, say la vie!

Took both the IRN's and Alice to steam while I washed the poop out of my hair and enjoyed spending the time with them.

I think men get used to it eventually, faster when they have their own bird to crap on them. Mike used to get grossed out by Mazzie pooping on him... now he wishes it was her when Kato lets one fly down his back!

lol, oui- c'est la vie.

I solved the poo on the head problem- no birds on head. Same for shoulder and back. I just don't like things climbing on me, I suppose. Reminds me of the bugs that get on me at work, lol.

The worst I get now is some on my knee or shoe when my bird is perched on my knee.

Socrates (dog) has somehow managed to be crapped on several times now. poor thing just has bad timing.

I've been called 'birdbrained' before, but somehow I don't think this is what they meant. say:hah-nay
