my indian ringnecks

i have two questions
last week i caught my indian ringnecks mating how long before they lay eggs.
another thing both my IRN'S are grey what color will the babies come out i am curious to know

most of the time it's a few weeks but not always the case i've got a pair thats been breeding for 3 months now and i'm still waiting for an egg. breeding 2 grey birds together if they are not split to anything will give you grey and blue chicks because a grey bird is a blue series bird unless one of them is a double factor grey then all will be grey mike

does it happen a lot were people wait months for eggs or does it usually take a few weeks

not really sure this is the first time it's taking this long this is the first time that this pair have been together for the male it's his first breeding season and the female is proven for the previous owner and this is her first season for me all my other pairs no problem 3-5 weeks max mike
