Hey all, my baby ringneck is scaret of me, HELP ???

Hello I got my ringneck baby home friday the 3 september.
I think the breeder was a bit hard on him, and sayid to me jeus greb him and holdt him til he corems don.
So now I have a swet ringneck baby only bit me once, that are sceart of hands
Dont now whart to do, but to be pecient, but that is hard, when he comes over to me when i talk to him and he call on me when i go in to another rome.
He is very swet, just scert to near dead of hands...
Just whis there where somthing i cot do for him
