I am very excited to be here and hope to learn a lot of new things. I currently reside in Sydney and own a two year old male Indian Ringneck who I have owned for about a year and a half now. My IRN is green, not sure of his exact mutation. He hasn't developed his ring yet, though. It is of my understanding that Indian Ringnecks develop their ring at around 2 -3 years old, is this correct?

Yes, usually around that age. There have been cases of earlier & later but not as common.
