Oh my believe it or not I dont have any. I have literally hundreds of sun conure in flight pics but no ringneck ones. well apart from this weird one.

and this one is just funny. Yes Bappy is hitting Niamh in the face with her wing.

Very cool pics!

This is the closest I ever got to getting a pic of Peek-a-Boo full-flighted. She took off like a eagle :!:

Before she was clipped, this was her favorite place to hang out. Annoying considering how high it is. I had to wait for her lil butt to come down.

Buddy flies too fast, I cant catch him.. by the time the camera clicks... he's in another spot.

Its odd, I've caught my sons Lovebird in flight, I've caught all kinds of our birds, but Buddy... he's speedy. ZIP ... and in a new spot, usually on top of my head.

I love the one of Niamh on the monitor, looks like a dance!

Flight feathers are beautiful things! IRNs especially look so graceful in flight.

Bet you were like YES! when you looked on your camera screen. I know I would have been. So they fly back to their room, taking turns as graceful as a wild bird? Do they glide into turns? That would be awesome!

With all the boys, I just cant take the chance of giving my babies their flight. Baby has never known flight but Im sure Peek-A-Boo does and thinks... this blows man.

They dont glide. They just power on and get where they want to go fast. They do take the turns very well once they have learned them.

I was pretty happy with the shot. I can get alot of flight shots, but two of them together in one shot was very nice. I'm glad they like each other now.

If you know your bird well enough. You can see by their bodylanguage when they want to fly. Birds tell you everything you want to know with bodylanguage, you just gotta watch. And if you know their fave hangouts all you have to do is keep taking till you get one that's good. For every good shot I get I have about 5-10 crappy shots. I need one of those rapid shot cameras.
