what woul di get if i paired these together
Indian ringneck Albino Male to a IRN lutino female? THEN take a baby and pair with a blue

Lacewing is actually a different mutation all together.
An albino to a lutino will all give you lutino /blue birds. They look identical to the hen, but have the blue gene through it.
If the hen is split blue (not showing the blue gene, but it is there) babies will look like either one of the parents on a 50% chance.
This is assuming the Albino is a "Blue Ino". It very well could be a "Blue Grey Ino" which complicates it a little heh. And there is no way of knowing except to be told by the people you bought it from.
