I look forward to joining in the forums....

Hey there! Delighted to see you have joined us. I love the folks on the other board, but not many see ringies as companion birds. Your babies are beautiful!!

Thanks Catschair, have just posted you a reply on the other forum.

Aren't they lovely.... Vinu (quaker) is moulting, seems to be taking longer to moult this time round. Skye is ever exploring, getting into mischief and nibbling things.... but s/he is a darling....

What birds do you have???

I have a blue ringie, Magellan and a creamino, Lola coming on Tuesday. I also have 7 cockatiels, 3 canaries, 13 budiges and 14 (I think) zebra finches. Make quite a racket! Almost all of them are re-homed and have their tales to tell.

Thank you Kyria, quite a bunch of feathered friends you've got there. Didn't expect such a warm welcome.

Catchair, how old is Magellan... my Skye is 5-6months old. I visited a site with a vivid description of mutations of IRNs and I beleive mine is an Aqua Blue... (if I am correct!!) However my Skye has light blue irises and pink nails... What is your opinion?
