I was finally able to get a recording of Tiki talking. He will turn 6 months old on the 4th of Oct. I had to hide in the hallway with the lights out, so this is why the video is black and you can hear one of my cockatiels chirping in the background. It is pretty fast and you have to turn your volume up high on your computer to hear it well, but Tiki says:
Awesome. I think Hane and Tsume will have different accents if they speak. Kira always talks to her bird with a slight spanish accent. And When I talk to Hane... I guess it could be described as laid back surfer, lol.
I've been called 'birdbrained' before, but somehow I don't think this is what they meant. say:hah-nay

Kai is almost 1 year but I have only had him 3 weeks, I can't wait for him to show real signs of talking. He does practice alot and there are sounds coming
Can you make a .wav file and post it on that website? I have a little hand held recorder that makes .wav files only. I would love to share Peek-A-Boos vocabulary.
Cool! I thought IRN had to be 1 year old before it could talk. Taj didn't speak til 1 year but now he has a huge vocabulary, over 50 words. He is 8 now.
Sorry Mikaela I have no idea about wav files. I just used my video setting on my digital camera. I don't even have a recorder to make wav files with, so I couldn't even begin to tell you how to do it.
