hey welcome.
i think breeding season is in november. but i might be wrong.

it might be a different time depending on where you are maybe? qld is hot so maybe breeding season could be earlier/later?
im not sure. someone will come and answer you though. and they know more than me.

Thanks 4 that
Thanks 4 that i have talked to Alan at mighty mutations before about his birds before i brought 2pac.Unfortunately he didnt have any for sale at the time i wanted one.I did forget to ask him about their breeding season so thanks for reminding me.

No worries. I love Alan and Thea's set up! When I lived on the Sunshine Coast I was going to make a trip to see birds and avairys. But never got around to it. Hopefully in few years we'll move back up there. Perfect place for breeding birds one day. Im dreaming.

Thats why I refuse to read/learn anything about breeding... I would have a million. There are already too many needing homes.
I live in the perfect place for an aviary, secluded but off a very main road. I have the time and I do a few shoots here and there for throw away cash to front the project, as not to take away from my family.
My husband is crafty, made all our stands and a few others here have one of his designs.
I would get so attached to the babies. I would also want to love all over the aviary birds but they might fly away.
With all of that being said... if the lords willing and the creek dont rise, I might one day be blessed with a home where I can have an enclosed habitat for parrots... climate controlled, mist, whole 9 yards.
When I pull that off, I'll think about breeding a bit. I will have my enclosure... watch.
And it is going to be tropically BAD ****.
