Amazon is moulting.

Post by Gemstone »

Yep, time for his first moult at 5 mths old.

he doesn't seem too fussed about it at the moment, but we havn't been able to put the hoover away for the last day or 2, coz everytime we turn back there's another bloody feather.

we have added a helper suppliment to his diet to make it a easier on him.

They sure do grow fast. Yoda seems to be moulting aswell at the same age. My lil blue fluffy is growing! Jasper, what suppliments are you giving him? I have a vitimin mix here but what exactly do they need? I rarely use it because my vet told me only occasionly give vitimins.

We are using Gold 'n' Fruit apple adn honey condition food.

We just add it to Amazon's and Toby's food and they love it, would rather eat that than their seed lol
