/ means Split.

So a Green/Blue/Lutino will be visually Green, but will be carrying the genes for Blue and Lutino.

The most popular colour? I suppose it depends on which part of the world you are in. Greens would be the most common, but the more rare expensive mutations are the most popular.

No. The bird in my avatar is a Dominant Dilute Turquoise Cinnamon.
In Australia we call them Fallow Pastel Skyblue.
