Thank you Jeremy.
Weird thing is... I bought a girl. I knew I was buying a girl. I also knew girls and albinos didnt get rings.
But, when he started acting so boyish (9-12 months) I had to start referring to him as 'he'. Not wanting to jinx the ring that one time meant nothing to me, I guess thats why Im not convinced.
My point is, I reckon, it doesnt matter what sex the bird is, the personality or catalyst for making you want that particular bird was my driving force. As I have said before, my pets adopt me. I dont go hunting them or I'd have a million.
Baby made me want him and the last thing is the damn world I wanted was a bird. If I had walked away, I would have missed so much and learned so little.
Baby has made me a better person as I have made Baby a better bird. He is truly a blessing. Boy, girl or otherwise, however to say now that I know he is a boy that I dont care for the ring would now be a lie.
I WANT MY RING. He looks awful and painful is the first reason. The second is that *I* want to see if he turns out to be stunning.
