I ve got IRN chicks just hatched today

Hello everyone out there I have got exciting news for all of you .
This morning when I woke up this morning I heard the tiny voices of new IRN chick in my nesting box .I can only hear one at this moment and am wondering how long until the other eggs hatch ?and will the hen abandon eggs and give up on them? ,when is it ok to look in ? what should I be feeding the new parent s and dietary changes I should do?
I have a cinnamon male and green female what will the colour combonations be? The male has thrown lace wings in the past with other female
I have so many questions and am very excited so anything that you think I should know please tell me this is my first hatch and I need all your help

this is the first time in historie that this has been done and it is truely amazing thing to see for all you bird lovers out there

Congrats on the chicks.
You can look whenever you want but i would wait until all the eggs are hatched.
An egg should hatch everyday so depending on how many fertile eggs you had, they will all be hatched in a few days.
She shouldn't abandon the eggs or babies, Ringnecks make good parents.
Give them lots more fruit and veg everyday. Remember, you aren't feeding just 2 birds anymore.
