Advice on bird room

Hi,

Im looking at bringing my bird room inside my house soon but my main concern is there is no windows in this room so therefore the temperature fluctuation is not massive and stays quite cool in the height of the summer. Although i can control the photo period do you think this would affect the breeding season in anyway?
