Hi all......I posted a message earlier this morning but I think I messed up on it somehow...I am not really computer savvy.........well i got a call from Animal genetics this morning and JELLY BEAN IS A B O Y..........I am so thrilled.......it made me cry when they told me.....I wanted to share this with you since you all offered me such great support and comfort when Kiwi died.....this new little guy can never replace Kiwi but he has certainly healed the big hole left in my heart.....everytime I see him and watch the way he reacts when he sees me makes my heart swell. ..........he is just a little love and I can't wait to get him home...............................he is still on hand feeding, twice a day now and still no definite time as to when he will be coming home...........................hopfully he will be home at least by the end of this month....it is my birthday and I would love nothing more then to be bringing him home with me......will keep you updated on whats going on....god bless you all

hi all......................

just wanted to let you all know that the baby may be coming home next week sometime...............they told me that they wean down very quickley and boy he is....he didn't eat anything last night when they went to hand feed him...he is eating his seeds and his peas and corn but they want to make sure, so they will give him another week...............in the meantime there are still 2 green ringnecks from the same clutch that have not been sold......when i go to visit my little guy, these two come right up to the front of the cage and start cooing at me....it just breaks my heart............my little guy is the tamest out of the four from what the girls there are telling me..........they said he is a real little mush and he is.......he drops everything even his food if he is eating when he sees me now....it is the funniest thing and he starts bobbing that little head up and down....they said he doesn't do that to anyone else except for when he sees me........ when he is sitting on my shoulder he comes right up to my face and starts to nibble on my mouth, I am taking that as birdy kisses....I am really stating to get anxious now.........I just can't wait, i am ready to bust........just wanted to share and update you all on whats going on.....will have more soon....take care all.........have a great holiday if i don't speak to all before ....hugs Barbaraxoxoxoxo

awww... gives out a little happy squeal. So excited for you!

Our Jordan, although weaned, still love to eat like a baby when we brought him home, so I would mix up creamed corn and crushed up milk arrowroot buiscuits and he LOVED! it. I adore the latino's, I really do, such little cuties.
