budgie chicks

hi my budgies are now around 25 days old and not fully feathred around their heads, could my chicks have french molt??? :?

not sure, there may be a possibility they are being plucked. But as long as they dont bleed it shouldnt be too much of a problem and they will feather up when they leave the nest. I had baby princess parrots with the same thing, their parents plucked them, so I hand raised them and now they are all fully feathered.
