I am 25 years old.

I have 2 fids, a 10-year-old step-son, and am pregnant with my first child.

We were originally going to buy a conure, but he had a tradgic accident and died, but he had been in the incubator with 4 ringnecks that were about the same age. The breeder felt soo bad about what happened she gave us a good deal on our ringnecks.

I really enjoy the board the way it is, so no suggestions from me.

Despite the fact we already have a football team (4 kids) we have been trying for 3 yrs for a child of our own.

Hi. New to this, but have become addicted. Fantastic site, love the support that you all give each other. I have Bhanu who is last years hatchlings. He's a green. I have 3 boys, a husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 turtle, a rat, 2 free range rabbits, tropical fish and my eldest son has 2 cockatiels and 2 budgies. I grew up with numerous budgies and parrots and have experience with taming/training galahs and sulpher crested cockatoos. Bhanu is the first pet parrot that I've had for many years as I lost my darling galah to beak and feather quite awhile ago. It was pretty devastating having to watch it. Will stop now.

Ok im 33 with 3 kids. One girl 2 boys. Nicara 14, Leon 12 and wee little Archie 3. I also have Marley my beloved irn. Regie my faithful budgie, tom and barbara my 2 giant africa land snails, Snakey 4 month old corn snake,patch my heinz variety dog and my lovly partner of 16 years paul [who looks like Johhny deep when u squint] did i say that outloud
I hadnt heard any myths but when i 1st met Marley i new there would be a battle of wills but quite liked the challenge and just loved him from the start so handsome[looks like johhny depp when u squint] lol
I love this board and visit so often , sometimes 15 times in a day but would be absolutly gr8 would be a live chat forum so we could actually chat to eachother live.[ Its not like the time difference will make much difference to some of us cos we dont sleep like normal people] [ Rena u will soon be keeping iregular hours,lol] congratulations on ur news hun. I was a senior computer manager, pre family, and going back to work soon .. sob!

got it in my head to get a parrot, went and brought one, not a baby, then found out the rest by experiences and reading, officially have MBS now.

oooookaaaaayyyyy, where do i begin? Firstly - love you too Jen hon....

Righty-o, i'm dirty 30 , i have a 10 year old son, Lonnie James and i have been married 11 years to Jamie - yes, i was a child bride, and a shotgun wedding.

I have 6 IRNs - Greeny, Yellowy, Frank, Chuckles, Sunny and of course, Chook. I handraised Chook, Chuckles and Sunny. I only raised Chook intentionally because he was in a clutch of 4 babies and he was the biggest and fattest and jamie was concerned that he would eat all the food from the parents so he pulled him out. I raised Chuckles and Sunny because the mum and dad birds escaped the aviary. All the birds live in separate aviaries - except Chook who rules the house. I also have a pair of king parrots who infuriate me by not breeding and when they do, eating their own eggs. I have a cockatiel called Max who is completely anti-social, and I have two dogs - Harvey and Jethro and two cows - Barbie and Patty. I have Gary the goose and Oney - his one eyed mate, and about 30/40 chickens.

and yes.....i do have room for more animals! Just not allowed to get any right now Although - i have found a loop hole - i'm getting a bird for Lonnie to look after.

I'm 25 and I live with my fiance Jay and 4 sunnies, 3 rignecks and a cockatiel, though I have more birds at my mums house. Oh and a cat.

I researched rignecks before I got them. I knew it all *bwhaha* not.. I made some mistakes, but now I know more and love sharing it all with you wonderful people.

The board is already awesome, It would be hard to make it better, but If there is a way I'll let you know when I think of it.

Its a great site becaue of all the chatter that goes on here .you find out and learn so much from other bird people

Well I am 21 but dont hold that against me

I live with my darling James, a wonderful man who has put up with me and my babies for going on 5 years now, my 3 gorgeous birdies, Datsun, Chev and Audi (as seen in my sig, thanks Neo) My cat Tom, my Bunny... Bun, maaaany fish and the occasional stray or foster animal.

I was naughty, jumped into the deep end with Dats, we knew nothing but learnt really quickly and thankfully swam as opposed to sinking. Now, I dont recommend this to anyone and I dont know where we would be without this board.

Onto the board, Imran started this with the best most informative ringneck site I ever found and topped it with a board that has become a second home to me. I love everyone here and though we have had some WEIRD members for the most part those who stick around are fantastic and it really brightens my day to read the fun and crazy posts, the funny stories and basically to share my life with the people here. You guys know more about my day sometimes than my family or friends combined. I love the way we can share anything whether its IRN related or not and I know most of you really care.... improve perfection... Im sure you'll think of a way Mik, you always do

3 kids, two sixteen year old sons, and one eleven year old. Oh, and my husband has a seventeen year old who doesnt live with us.

Fids... Uhm, we have 12 of our own, and however many happen to be passing through. At the moment thats another 11.

4 dogs, 2 cats (though one of them is currently escaped and being really hard to find) a turtle, 2 fishtanks, and hubbys reptiles.

James says I am an 80 year old granny in a 21 year olds body. I am sensible (mostly) and do enjoy being at home with my furred and featherd family. No one ever believes my age, I have been a manager of smallish teams for 3 years many of whom have been older than me. I am proud of how far I have come and I AM fun, I just dont party all night every night or drink or smoke or go to work on no sleep..... OK maybe I am a granny

Speaking of not drinking Chamon, Im native american, we sold our frigging country and women for liqour so its in my genes to be able to carry my alcohol. Never worried about bellying up to the bar and was always proud to be the one that out drank my guy friends and wrote things on them with permenant maker (example: Hun, this is my way of telling you I cheated lastnight and sending them home) when the closest thing to cheating theu did was kiss the toilet. Guys dont look in the mirror. Its a great thing.

Punkin, had two shots last night and had a buzz and felt sicky ever since. My party days are over... dont much think I'll miss them.

Or my personal favorite is when I painted my ol'man nails with clear polish that glows in clubs flourescent. I didnt have to worry about any strip club visits or I would have heard about it hehe. Why do my nails glow = strip club

Anyway, I had forgot all about it and we hit the club. Nothing like strolling in with a dude that has florescent greenfingernails. We didnt stay.

I dont joke like I use to though. At worse I'll park the hummer behind his truck so when he backs out he slams into it. hehe Not like it damages either of them. Our garage has three bays, not my fault he doesnt look behind him. He sets himself up for it.

Hi, I have just had my birthday (I get my second go at 21!!!! sound better than 42 ) I have a son almost 15 who is a computer addict. I have one irn, grey, named Smokey. I work very close to home as a Property Manager in a local real estate office. I come home during the day to say a quick hello to my feathered baby if I can but I try to come home for lunch so he can come out for about half an hour. He is my compete joy. I love this site, even though this week I have been too busy and have left my computer at work cos I was sick of it, however, when I got home I wanted to look at the site and couldn't I don't think there is anything I can think of that I would change however it would be nice to know if there is anyone close to me, maybe catch up once in a while, have a parrot party, lo
