Hi guys,

Ive had my irn for around 3 months. It was so lovely to start with. (Not sure on meal or female)

Red is his name, he has a nice big cage which is clean an good diet. Everyone is my house is friendly,talks and trys to play with red he is only locked in his cage when he goes there to sleep at night. He will walk over the couch to me and get treats and drinks, sometimes sits on shoulders and only wants to be cuddle when he wants and he will come to you.

But as soon as a stranger comes to the house he is extremely friendly,( i cant usually take him out of the cage i have to wait for him to come out). As soon as people turn they can get red out the cage onto there finger he turns supper cuddly, chatty and wants to play. Makes me feel a little bit dis heartened sometimes.

Anyone else have this problem.....

Hi Mawse,

I get disheartened when my bird Billie does not sing or talk to me but such is life and she likes bald headed men, when one goes past the window she is whistling and coing. She takes me for granted but never mind/

Sanjay is the opposite, he was scared silly of visitors, now he doesn't panic, but sits on his furthest perch giving them the lazy eye!
