My new baby! :D

Hiya,

I finally got my new ringneck baby on Sunday. He's very shy at the moment so I have only been getting him out of his cage every few hrs for short periods (so far). Have been talking to him a lot though! He's gradually getting used to me. Been offering him fruit and vegetable treats as peace offerings during our cuddle times to hopefully get him to trust me.

He's named after my favourite dwarf from The Hobbit. <3

I love how IRNs look as babies after their feathers come in and before the whites of their eyes start showing. Plus the cute baby noises they make! Sometimes I wish they could stay babies forever.
